A high-performance UVLED light curing system for UV adhesive curing. The system uses a box-shaped structure with UVLED irradiation head and control board inside, plus a perspective window. There are two light emitting surfaces, the top light emitting area is 200X200mm, the side light emitting area is 150X120mm, and the UV spectrum wavelength is 365nm. It uses forced water cooling to support external signal input and triggering. A sensor is installed at the door of the box. There is a turntable, the speed can be adjusted according to the needs, to ensure the uniformity of the light receiving and the UV curing of the dispensing position on the side of the shaped part can be fully carried out.
